I have only had that issue with ug2 on my old pc, odd.. nfsmw2005 doesnt have stable fps. i always turn off vsync and blur. Yes, Most Wanted has really bad framepacing issues above 60FPS so you should either use Vsync or limit the FPS to 60. PCGamingWiki page suggests setting the FPS to 59 with V-sync enabled. I see no stuttering now.
